All our products are made to order and carefully handcrafted at our manufacturing facility in Gurugram, Haryana.
Processing & Dispatch
- Each order is handcrafted specifically for you.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 working days) from the date of placing your order for processing and dispatch.
- While this timeline allows us to maintain the highest quality, we begin working on your order immediately after it is placed.
Shipping Timeline
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday.
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location.

- As soon as your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

Payment Information
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- All orders must be prepaid at the time of purchase.

Exchange Policy & Process
At self'made, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail and quality. As most of our products are made to order, we follow a No Return & No Refund policy across all categories. We request you to review product descriptions, size charts, and details carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Eligibility
Garments
- We offer size exchange or alterations only for garments.
- Exchange for a different product or style is not permitted.
- Requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition with tags intact.
- Products that do not meet these conditions will fail quality control (QC) and will be returned to the customer without appeal.
Bags & Accessories
- Bags and accessories are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund under any circumstances, as they are handcrafted and made to order.
Store Credit Policy
- Store credit is offered only in select cases, at the sole discretion of Lolaa.
- Store credit is not guaranteed and is not applicable in every scenario.
- When issued, store credits are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance and cannot be extended.
Exchange Process
- Size exchange or alteration requests must be communicated to us within 5 days of delivery.

- Once received, the product will undergo quality control (QC).
- Exchange or alteration will be processed only after the item passes QC.

- Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or alteration.
- Items purchased using store credit, or items that are replacements themselves, are not eligible for further exchange or credit.
- We strongly recommend securely packing the product to prevent transit damage.
- Please ensure that only the approved item is handed over or shipped. Lolaa will not be responsible for any additional items sent mistakenly.
